Dr. Kiya Movassaghi is a Harvard-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon, educator, published author, and nationally recognized leader in aesthetic surgery. He is a former President of The Aesthetic Society and directs an Aesthetic Society-endorsed fellowship dedicated to training the next generation of aesthetic surgeons.
With more than two decades of experience, his expertise spans body contouring, breast surgery, facial rejuvenation, and nasal surgery. He has also authored more than 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles and has held leadership and teaching roles across the specialty.

Dr. Kiya Movassaghi joined the Beverly Hills Body Academy as Scientific Chair to help establish the scientific direction and educational integrity of its inaugural program.
Rather than participating solely as a faculty speaker, he provides independent leadership across the curriculum, agenda, panel discussions, and opening and closing sessions. He will also bring thoughtful commentary to emerging developments—including how GLP-1 medications and changing patterns of weight loss are influencing body-contouring patients and surgical decision-making.
